Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals and overall customer contact of your territory
  • Maintain relationships and favourable contacts with current and potential accounts
  • Resolve customer issues/problems, make recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications, to increase sales
  • Make the standard quotes for the supported customers and followup by phone all open quote requests (both proactive and reactive requests)
  • Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize individual and territory sales impact
  • Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplace

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous work experience in a Sales position, preferably within the industrial sector but not a necessity
  • Native level of French and fluent English (company language). Other languages would be an asset
  • To be a commercial extrovert person that is driven by sales
  • Ability to contact customers in a proactive way
  • Good technical skillset to understand our products
  • Computer literate and experience with CRM environment is an asset
