We are looking for a Service Coordinator for the BeNeLux region, accountable for coordinating and optimizing all current Compressed Air, Process Filtration, and Industrial Solutions customers in the provision and delivery of Aftermarket products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service engineers to maximize existing service customers in providing Aftermarket products and services in the BeNeLux region
  • Process, monitor, and follow-up on customers' orders and maintenance agreements
  • Plan new and renewed contracts, acting as the main liaison between available parts, customer appointments, and technician schedules
  • Contribute to the growth of the Service business to meet regional targets
  • Maximize technician's working hours and monitor work efficiency
  • Handle invoice creation, adjustments, and material return activities
  • Coordinate internally with different departments like sales, logistics, finance, and production to keep everyone informed about customer activities

Your profile:

  • Higher education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration, customer service, or logistics
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong communication and administrative skills, quick learner, and team player
  • Flexibility, multitasking abilities, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus
