We are looking for an Inside Sales to strengthen our sales team within Vehicle Electrification & Medical Device in Terrassa (Spain) offices. You will be part of a dynamic, exciting and fast growing team.

As an Internal Sales, you will be the ambassador for providing a high quality and speedy level of service in sales related preparation activities (related to quotation, costing, compliance and other account related matters.)

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting Sales team and providing adequate cover when they are in the field or holidays
- Establish key communication links between the customer and internal departments stakeholders in a professional and considerate manner, and develop relationships to increase profitable sales within the assigned regions and increased customer satisfaction
- Receiving and processing customer inquiries in relation to pricing, lead-time, product offering, and complaints through efficient, prompt and friendly communication
- Maintain CRM lead related activities
- Manage all EMEA pricing requirements or changes in an efficient, accurate and timely way
- Responsible for set up of new customer and new supplier accounts in R12
- Monitor freight costings to ensure we are not absorbing increasing freight costs
- Enter and manage samples of released and non-released items by communicating with customer, managing internally sample orders, and following up with plants and engineering
- Manage outgoing shipments to customers and plants
- Responsible for all non standard related Purchase orders
- Coordination of incoming customer compliance requests in a timely and efficient way
- Manage customer requirements, standards and manuals by getting the negotiated contracts signed and stored at the right locations
- Automotive pre-serial customer follow up from onboarding till final shipping process
- Manage customer portals

Experience and Skills:

- High studies in administration or/and commercial orientation.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a (internal) sales environment
- Strong communication, organizational and administration skills
- Team player who likes to actively contribute to a positive and expanding team
- Ability to set priorities and act upon them
- Experience with Oracle or any other ERP system, as well as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Good communication (both written and oral) skills in English. All other languages (e.g. Dutch, French, German,...) are an asset.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office packages
