We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to support our commercial activities in the EMEA region.

Profile

  • Bachelor degree in a commercial degree, technical degree or equivalent
  • Driven by customer satisfaction and commercial successes (sales experience is an asset)
  • Team player mentality
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Dutch, German or French is an asset
  • Open to occasional travel (EMEA region)
Role & responsibilities

  • Be the main contact for prospects and assess their potential to pursue new opportunities and business growth.
  • Support customer inquiries from start to finish: analysis of the request (potentially supported by engineering), identification of needs, price setting, generation of customer offers, follow up of open quotations and conversion into customer orders.
  • Develop strong Donaldson network and act as customer representative during internal discussions with various supporting parties (customer service, plant manufacturing, finance, quality,).
  • Manage customer complaints and follow up with different stakeholders to warrant continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze current processes and propose optimizations. Implement after review and agreement of involved parties.
  • Close cooperation with Key Account Managers to support various customer requests to maximize customer experience.
