Chegg is the leading student-first connected learning platform and a NYSE listed company.What does a Customer Success Operations Representative do at Busuu?- Manage the day to day operation of the Customer Success management platforms- Provide the Busuu Customer Success Managers with support regarding the creation and follow-up of tickets, daily customer queries, reporting, and find scalable solutions for b2b clients
- Success Planning:
Run sessions and webinars for our top tier clients to uncover their short and long term objectives and follow up with learning recommendations, showcasing the value of Busuu courses and services at every interaction.- Work together with the B2B Marketing team to ensure that the CS materials for end users are kept up to date i.e.
handbooks, onboarding assets, etc.- Work with the Sales and Product teams to translate our existing clients' business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers- Liaise with the Customer Satisfaction team to handle tickets from B2B users- Support client resellers programmes and pilots and support day-to-day queries for Busuu biggest clientsWhat we're looking for in a- 1+ years of experience in client support or account management in a SaaS business preferably in e-learning- Fluency in English and Spanish, other European languages is a big plus- Potential flexibility in working hours as main clients to support are in the Latam region- Great communication skills and energetic personality- Keen interest in identifying client problems and finding smart solutions- Ability to multitask and prioritize- Ability to navigate well in a startup environment and get their hands dirty- Experience with Microsoft Office and B2B CRM tools
