Desarrollo teórico y científico de una formulación.
Determinar propiedades físico/químicas y características de los principios activos y de los excipientesHomologaciones de materia prima.
Establecer la forma farmacéutica más idónea para el producto., los excipientes y los saboresElaboración de las fórmulas galénicas. Esquematizar el orden, el procedimiento y realización de las comprobaciones pertinentes.
Realización y seguimiento de las estabilidades aceleradas.
Redacción de informes y documentación técnica:
instrucciones de fabricación y fichas técnicas.
Colaboración en la elaboración y revisión de documentación técnica de los departamentos de Garantía de Calidad, Control de Calidad, Registros y Marketing.
Desarrollo y comprobación del proceso de industrialización.Mantenimiento del laboratorio, gestión de los equipos y de las materias primas.
Realización de actividades experimentales y de búsqueda de proveedores de servicios/materia prima/ que permitan desarrollar producto según las especificaciones determinadas por Dirección en cuanto a estabilidad, operatividad y transferencia.
Soporte técnico a otros departamentos de la compañía.Requisitos:
Formación Universitaria en Farmacia o QuímicaIdeal Máster en Desarrollo FarmacéuticoIdiomas: Nivel alto de Inglés.
Informática a nivel de usuario.
Experiencia en desarrollo galénico de Food SupplementsDe 7 a 10 años de experiencia en puesto similarLugar:
