Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Business Manager cuya misión será conocer el mercado, identificar oportunidades de negocio y garantizar la presencia comercial, visitando clientes y clientes potenciales, analizando sus necesidades y ofreciéndole soluciones, respetando la estrategia comercial, los procesos de la Compañía, asegurando la aplicación de la Sales Methodology y dando un servicio de calidad que garantice la satisfacción de los clientes.


Funciones principales:

  • Visitar clientes y clientes potenciales.
  • Cumplir los objetivos establecidos por la Dirección Comercial, realizar el seguimiento de los mismos y adoptar las medidas correctoras necesarias en caso de desviación.
  • Identificar Las necesidades y requerimientos de los clientes y clientes potenciales. Trasladar dicha información al Account Manager para juntos establecer la estrategia de cuenta y aplicar las propuestas comerciales necesarias.
  • Gestionar La cartera de clientes y clientes potenciales de acuerdo con La Metodología de Ventas.
  • Garantizar la transmisión de información a todas las áreas, utilizando la herramienta CRM y/o las necesarias según procedimiento.
  • Actualizar constantemente Sales Force con toda la información sobre datos de la cuenta, oportunidades de la cuenta, contactos con el cliente, account strategy, etc.
  • Confirmar sistemáticamente en cada visita al cliente, lo acordado con él mediante la carta de confirmación y elaborar el acta de reunión para su envío al cliente (máximo dos días después de cualquier visita). Enviársela al Account Manager y grabar toda la información en Sales Force.

CAPTACION DE CLIENTES

  • Realizar Las visitas cerradas por el equipo de adquisición.
  • Preparar con antelación cada visita, con los datos e informes necesarios en cada caso para el correcto asesoramiento al cliente, siendo capaz de poder identificar necesidades y oportunidades de negocio.
  • Tras cada visita, deberá realizar el acta de reunión y la carta de confirmación correspondiente, así como reflejar en Sales Force toda la información.

NEGOCIACION DEL CONTRATO MARCO

  • Garantizar y gestionar el proceso de negociación interna de las condiciones de servicio: riesgos, operaciones, jurídico, sistemas, etc.
  • Negociar las condiciones particulares con el futuro cliente y, en caso necesario, elevarlas a instacias superiores, acudiendo a COE para facilitar la información necesaria.
  • Asegurar la correcta coordinación con el Account Manager en el traspaso de información del nuevo cliente.

CONCURSOS

  • Colaborar con el Account Manager en desarrollar la estrategia de venta.
  • Realizar visita y presentar propuesta al cliente.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de las propuestas.
  • Elaborar el acta de la reunión y enviarla al cliente, al Account Manager y al Tender Team en su caso.

GESTION DE LA RELACION CON EL CLIENTE

  • Junto con el Account Manager, definir, validar, actualizar e implementar la estrategia de cada cuenta.
  • Realizar la presentación de Business Review, Fleet Review, en función de la estrategia de cuenta de cada cliente.
  • Realizar una labor consultiva, asesorando al cliente en la elaboración tanto de una correcta Company Car Policy como del SLA correspondiente.
  • Colaborar en el análisis y la recomendación de la propuesta de venta de fin de contrato junto con el Account Manager y negociarla con el cliente, mediante una visita si fuera necesario.

GESTION DE CONTRATO

  • Realizar visitas agendadas por el Account Manager cuando este lo requiera y en línea con la estrategia de cuenta: recálculos, reclamaciones, etc.
