Main Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll forge enduring relationships with key players in the pharmaceutical sector. You will serve as their primary contact, representing Qualifyze and our innovative auditing concept. Your role involves ensuring that customer audit needs are met through ongoing communication with internal departments. We aim to deliver exceptional customer care and account management by promptly addressing customer inquiries and providing post-audit support. Additional responsibilities include presenting Qualifyze's services and benefits, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and assisting with financial and legal administration.

How You Will Contribute to Our Success:
Establishing robust relationships with our existing customers is pivotal for long-term sales and company growth. You'll collaborate closely with our team to identify opportunities and solidify customer loyalty to Qualifyze. As a trusted advisor, you'll guide customers through their audit journey, collecting feedback to enhance our platform and services. Your proactive approach involves anticipating customer needs and providing regular updates on audit status. By understanding customers' internal structures and business models, you'll cultivate personalized relationships and identify opportunities to expand our services.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent
  • More than 23 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Customer Service roles
  • Native Italian language skills and fluent in English
  • Prior experience in customer management within the Italian market
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customercentric mindset and proactive approach
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques and CRM software
  • Highly organized with a proactive attitude towards problemsolving
  • Industry knowledge in pharma or chemistry is advantageous
