Dans un établissement composé de 89 chambres et suites, 5 salles de séminaires, restaurant récemment rénové, vous participez au dynamisme de l'hôtel et du restaurant en étant garant du bon déroulement du séjour client.
Nous vous proposons de travailler dans une ambiance chaleureuse, où le confort de nos clients est aussi important que le vôtre.

Description du poste

Vous serez chargé de concrétiser les ventes des groupes hébergés, des séminaires et banquet ainsi que la commercialisation du restaurant.
Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Promouvoir les services de l'hôtel (démarchages, ...)
- Rédaction de proposition commerciales,
- Élaboration des contrat commerciaux,
- Organisation et suivi clients de la demande à la facturation (gestion des rooming, fiche de fonction, acompte, pro-forma, factures ...)
- Coordination des groupes et des évènements avec les différents services concernés,
- S'assurer que toutes les demandes d'évènement soient traitées,
- S'assurer du suivi, de la mise à jour et de la fidélisation du fichier clients,
- Participer aux actions commerciales (cocktails, soirée, ...)
- Proposer un accueil personnalisé des clients groupes & séminaires et s'assure du bon déroulement de l'évènement par un accompagnement chaleureux.
Poste à pourvoir début septembre 2024.

Qualifications

Expérience professionnelle :
- Expérience préalable dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie, de l'événementiel.
- Bonne connaissance de l'hôtellerie et des tendances du marché des événements.
- Logiciels : Expérience sur FOLS. Maitrise Excel.
- Niveau d'études : BAC+2/3 Domaine d'études : Hôtellerie / Restauration / Ventes / Evénementiel
- Langues requises, à l'écrit comme à l'oral : Français (Langue d'usage) et Anglais (Langue de travail)
- Aisance relationnelle, sens de l'accueil et du service
- Rigueur, organisation, autonomie
- Créatif et souriant
- Dynamique
