- Ayudar a crecer a las personas de tu equipo, orientarles en su carrera y sacar lo mejor de cada uno/a para alcanzar sus objetivos
- Trabajar cómodamente con SA360 y GMP
- Liderar y hacer seguimiento de iniciativas y proyectos avanzados con el objetivo de maximizar los resultados del cliente.
- Tener un buen dominio del inglés, ya que vas a hablar con clientes internacionales.
- Establecer proyectos de mejora continua, A/B test y búsqueda de oportunidades
- Conocer el rol del canal Paid Search en el ecosistema digital y su encaje con el resto de los canales.
- Definir e implementar best practices en el canal
- Aportar nuevas formas de hacer las cosas y cuestionar el porqué de las cosas
- Pasártelo bien mientras trabajas con tus compañeros
Idealmente, a día de hoy tienes:
- +5 años de experiência en Google Ads / Bing Ads en clientes con objetivo de performance. Deseable experiência con clientes de retail.
- Experiência con estrategias de pujas avanzadas y automatismos (scripts, reglas, dashboards, informes programados)
- Experiência con Apple Search Ads
- Emoción al ser el primero en probar las últimas betas de Google Ads y Search Ads
- Actitud inconformista con foco en la innovación y crecimiento de los resultados de tus clientes
- Capacidad comunicativa con el equipo y con el cliente
- Capacidad analítica y datadriven
- Capacidad organizativa y gestión de prioridades
- Buen humor y te gusta hacer piña con el equipo
- Nível alto de inglés: contacto diario en este idioma con clientes internacionales, soportes e internamente dentro del equipo.
