About the Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Paid Media Manager focusing on paid media advertising to join our Paid Media team. The ideal candidate has expertly managed paid media budgets and experience on the agency side.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategy and planning to align with brand goals.
  2. Own channel measurement; tracking, monitoring, brand lift studies, and optimizing performance against critical metrics.
  3. Coordinate Paid Media activities with Creative, analytics, SEO, social, and web development teams.
  4. Develop creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefing and performance readouts.
  5. Provide clear creative direction to designers.
  6. Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the Account Management team and other strategic partners.
  7. Set up, optimize, and execute paid media campaigns.
  8. Write and review copy for paid ad campaigns informed by SEO/SEM best practices.
  9. Monitor daily advertising spend per channel to align with client's monthly budgets.
  10. Report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  11. Build projections and forecasting calculations as it pertains to incremental client growth.
  12. Interface with client contacts on a regular basis independently.
