The Challenge

We seek a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead Paid Search campaign management through media buying sophistication and operational excellence. This role will play a key part in building our search program with campaign strategy, development, execution, and optimization.

Your Mission
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a focus on Paid Search and Video.
  • Research and propose paid search campaigns, including strategy design, landing page identification, audience analysis, and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Work with the global campaigns team to develop testing roadmaps and recommend best practices.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to inform decisions and communicate performance to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital marketing.
You Are
  • A digital marketing expert with a passion for Paid Search and Video.
  • A team player with strong project management and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable about production management platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Analytical with the ability to evaluate data and interpret results.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a desire to achieve objectives accurately.
  • Fluent in German and English (additional languages an advantage).
Your Experience Includes
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent working experience.
  • 3-5 years of Paid Search experience, B2B Marketing experience a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of search and analytics platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
