Estamos buscando un/a Director/a de Centro para una Escuela de inglés ubicada en GRANOLLERS Las principales funciones son :
  • Supervisar todas las operaciones diarias y gestionar a 360° la escuela de enseñanza de inglés, tanto desde un punto de vista comercial como académico.
  • Aumentar las ventas a través de la implementación de estrategias de venta específicas, Mantener las relaciones con los padres y madres, así como realizar actividades de asesoramiento al cliente y actividades que involucren a las familias.
  • Colaborar con la oficina de marketing de la sede principal para aumentar la conciencia de marca, la credibilidad y la cuota de mercado de la Escuela.

Requisitos :

Pensamos en una persona con excelentes habilidades en el asesoramiento al cliente y en la construcción de relaciones comerciales, así como experiencia en gestión de equipos.

Experiencia previa en el ámbito de la educación, comercial o retail como asesor/a comercial, director/a de ventas, responsable de equipo, director/a o adjunto/a de tienda.

Capacidad para gestionar y motivar a equipos. Nivel B2 / C1 de inglés.

Se ofrece :
Posición estable con contrato indefinido a tiempo completo, horario partido de lunes a viernes. Formación inicial y continua por parte de la Empresa.
