Overview
IESE Business School is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead the CRM platform and its satellites. As a key member of the IT Department, you will report directly to the Business Intelligence Director.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategy and Innovation
- Define the long-term vision for the CRM platform and its satellites.
- Develop and execute projects related to CRM, collaborating with partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure the platform meets user needs and evolves with the latest innovations.
- Management and Leadership
- Manage partners and internal stakeholders, prioritizing the product backlog based on user feedback and risks.
- Work with the maintenance team to resolve incidents and lead the project team in translating business needs to technical specifications.
- Oversee data quality in the CRM platform and lead the team responsible for it.
- Collaboration and Reporting
- Cooperate with other IT Division representatives on projects to determine the best technology and implementation options.
- Report directly to the Business Intelligence Director.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM management, business intelligence, and project leadership. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
