La persona seleccionada se responsabilizará de:
- Registro, gestión y seguimiento de presupuestos.
- Gestión del pedido, planificación de los plazos de entrega y control de las distintas fases de suministro de los presupuestos gestionados.
- Búsqueda de productos alternativos para la gestión de contra especificaciones.
- Solicitud de cotizaciones para la modificación de productos y/o proyectos especiales.
- Soporte al equipo comercial en la preparación de la documentación requerida.
- Registro y gestión de los pedidos
- Apoyo en la atención telefónica con cliente internacionales
Requisitos
- Deseable disponer de CFGS en Comercio Internacional, Administración o Marketing.
- Valorable experiência mínima de 2 años desarrollando funciones similares.
- Idiomas: Imprescindible conocimientos en inglés.
- Amplios conocimientos en ofimática (paquete Office).
¿Qué ofrecemos?
Se ofrece:
- Contratación directamente por empresa.
- Horario: de lunes a jueves de 8:15h a 17:30h; y los viernes turno intensivo de 8:30h a 13:30h
- Opción de realizar dos días de teletrabajo
