Misión:

Liderar y responsabilizarse de los programas de Prevención y Medio Ambiente para garantizar la implementación y mejora continua efectiva del Sistema de Gestión EHS en la compañía.

Apoyar las actividades en la consecución de la mejora continua en salud, seguridad, desempeño ambiental y cultura preventiva.

Influenciar, proponer e informar en materia de EHS para la toma de decisiones de Dirección y para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales aplicables y los propios de la compañía en EHS.


Roles y Actividades:

Promover y cumplir los procedimientos en los sistemas en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales, medio ambiente, calidad y normativas GMP's, con la previa y correspondiente formación en prevención y medio ambiente y normativas GMP's.

Difundir e implantar la Política de Prevención y Medio Ambiente y la Estrategia de Sostenibilidad.

Proporcionar asesoramiento y apoyo a los sites de la compañía asegurando un enfoque proactivo del cumplimiento de EHS, ayudando a la mejora continua Colaborar estrechamente con todos los centros de I+D y operativos, el equipo de ingeniería y todos los equipos involucrados en el cumplimiento de EHS, permitiendo el acceso a mejores prácticas de EHS Participar y supervisar los cambios y resultados derivados de las auditorías externas EHS, auditorías legales de prevención de riesgos laborales, inspecciones en materia de prevención y medio ambiente, auditorías de Normas ISO, instituciones, clientes, aseguradores, expertos como responsable de la gestión y enlace en temas relacionados con el cumplimiento EHS Participar en el diseño del sistema de gestión EHS, identificar riesgos y oportunidades, proponer objetivos anuales, cambios y elaborar la estrategia de implantación de los procedimientos de Prevención y Medio Ambiente en los sites de la compañía.

Liderar el equipo de EHS de los sites asegurando un adecuado, conocomiento y habilidades a través de planes de desarrollo y decisiones y acciones alineadas con las necesidades de la compañía.

Responsabilizarse de la gestión de autorizaciones ambientales, cambios sustanciales y no sustanciales y gestión de requisitos legales EHS en los sites de la compañía.

Unificar y reaplicar las mejores prácticas y lecciones aprendidas dentro del sistema de gestión EHS y promover la mejora continua del sistema EHS en los centros operativos.

Definir y planificar la formación e información para el personal de la compañía sobre Prevención y Medio Ambiente.

Velar por la implantación, mantenimiento y mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión Prevención y Medio Ambiente de la compañía dando respuesta a las expectativas de los stakeholders y asegurando que los KPIs adecuados están implantados y cumplen los objetivos.

Proponer, seguir y gestionar el presupuesto anual del área de EHS. Participar en grupos de trabajo líderes / foros externos sobre las mejores prácticas de EHS.

Requisitos:
Licenciatura en Ciencias o Ingeniería.

Master como técnico superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales Inglés alto Experiencia en puestos similares en departamento de EHS, preferentemente en el sector Quimico o Farmacéutico Experiencia sólida de gestión de equipos.

Experiencia en entornos GMP y auditorías.
