As part of the ATS team, you will be welcomed into a diverse and dynamic team that plays a central role in our success. We put safety first, prioritizing our people and using their expertise to get packages to their destination quickly, conveniently, and sustainably.
Requirements- Education: Degree level and qualification in Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (including specialisations in Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía & Psicosociología aplicada) following Spanish Health and Safety regulations.
- Experience: Relevant experience managing a team, complying with local Health and Safety legislation, and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language.
- Lean and Kaizen Methodologies: Experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Sustainability: Qualifications or experience in the field of sustainability.
- Chartered Membership: Chartered membership of a Human Resources industry body (e.g., IOSH) to support people management.
