¿Cuáles serán mis funciones y responsabilidades?
_
Desarrollo de cartera de clientes existentes de mercados UK e Irlanda, así como captación de nuevas cuentas, tanto XML para la parte Bedbank, como offline para los distintos DMCs internacionales de la compañía.
- Gestión de la cartera de clientes asignada y fidelización de los mismos: negociación de acuerdos, llamadas periódicas, solución de incidencias, etc
- Captación de nuevos clientes en los mercados indicados, tanto para el bedbank como offline (operaciones en destino, grupos, series, circuitos, etc )
- Identificación de necesidades y áreas de mejora para la correcta distribución de los productos en el mercado asignado (técnicas, operativas, financieras, etc ) y su intermediación con los departamentos correspondientes para la implantación de las mismas.
- Visitas a clientes y asistencia a las principales ferias turísticas en sus países de origen.
- Coordinación con los departamentos centrales y oficinas de contratación locales de W2M para la correcta distribución del producto, identificación e implementación de necesidades de producto con especial énfasis en producto preferencial, D&G, etc
- Coordinación con los SID de las distintas oficinas locales para la revisión y actualización de producto mapeado y competitividad, consecución de ofertas, campañas de marketing, etc
- Coordinación con los departamentos de xml y optimización para la resolución de incidencias técnicas, crosschecks de producto mapeado, implementación de herramientas o desarrollos que favorezcan la colaboración con los clientes, nuevos y existentes.
- Finanzas / Admin: Coordinación de términos y condiciones de pago, créditos, acuerdos financieros, etcde los clientes de su cartera.

- Nível nativo de inglés y alto de español imprescindibles. Se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas

- Experiência demostrada en puesto similar y a ser posible cartera de clientes en la zona (Touroperadores, distribuidores, bedbanks y plataformas).
- Experiência laboral previa en el sector de la distribución, en ventas o contratación.
- Cursos superiores o postgrado en ventas o marketing (Será positivamente valorado).
