We are looking for a Business Continuity Manager to support us in building a best in class business continuity framework across all of our operations across Europe and Mauritius.


Key activities You will be working on the following key activities:

  • Develop and roll out operational business continuity training across all countries understanding the need to tailor the training to suit all maturity levels.
  • Develop and maintain an annual operational business continuity review and training schedule.
  • Support all countries in developing and maintaining their own BC plans.
  • Maintain the Business Continuity Policy and associated internal and external Customer facing documentation.
  • Align with industry best practices including ISO22301 and share best practices across the business.
  • Be the 'goto' person for all business continuity activities.
  • Respond to Customer questions providing the appropriate corporate responses.

Profile Technical Competencies:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a business continuity/business resilience role.
  • Experience in developing and conducting business continuity training including basic, desk top and full simulation.
  • Experience with industry best practices and techniques.
  • Experience and knowledge of ISO22301 framework and requirements.
  • Qualifications or certificates in a relevant field are a plus, but not essential.

  • You have excellent adaptable communication skills and are at ease answering questions around our business continuity framework to our Customers and other stakeholders.
  • You have attention to detail but can still see the wider picture, understand the business impact and have the ability to articulate this.
  • You are autonomous, proactive and takes the initiative and gets things done through to completion.
  • You have the ability to work in a fast changing environment.
  • You love to work in an international team in which you will have contact with colleagues from multiple countries and backgrounds.
  • You are able to take a pragmatic approach in order to come up with solutions which are simple and feasible while keeping the end user in mind.
  • Fluent spoken and written, English language skills.
