**Le tue mansioni**:
In qualità di Business Development Manager, sarai responsabile dello sviluppo del business con i clienti attuali e nuovi. La figura che cerchiamo deve avere ottime doti di presentazione, capacità di generare e approcciare in modo proattivo i clienti ed essere in grado di mantenere/espandere efficacemente le relazioni commerciali. Deve avere una forte mentalità imprenditoriale e una comprovata esperienza di vendita. Il trasferimento a Malaga (Spagna) è facoltativo.
- Acquisizione di nuovi clienti, B2B
- Sviluppare e mantenere una pipeline di vendita di 12 mesi attraverso la ricerca di lead, telefonate a freddo, mailing e social media.
- Organizzare ed eseguire incontri con grandi potenziali commercianti in Italia - una volta ottenuta una sufficiente conoscenza/esperienza.
- Insieme al responsabile delle vendite, sviluppare e fissare obiettivi di vendita specifici e misurabili su base mensile e annuale.
- Sviluppare proposte/quotazioni scritte chiare ed efficaci per i clienti attuali e potenziali.
- Partecipare a fiere e congressi pertinenti.

**Requirements**:
**Le tue capacità**:
- Madrelingua italiano, fluente in inglese
- Minimo 2 anni di esperienza di vendita B2B
- L'esperienza con i pagamenti online /PSP è un vantaggio, ma non un obbligo
- Laurea in un'area commerciale rilevante
- Forti capacità di presentazione e comunicazione (scritta e orale) e capacità di negoziazione.
- Forti capacità di lead creation attraverso diversi canali, al fine di interrogare e qualificare le esigenze dei potenziali clienti, identificare i decision maker e generare interesse per i servizi di MultiSafepay.
- Impegno per la totale soddisfazione del cliente
