Your mission:
We are looking for a People & Culture Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our People area.
Reporting to the Head of People, you will be performing several tasks including recruitment, onboarding new hires, event planning, and providing support on various projects as needed.
If you're interested in kickstarting your career in HR and getting a closer look at how our company approaches operations, recruiting and employee development, we'd like to meet you.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process of employees.
- Keep employee data current and integrate it into our HRIS (Personio)
- Assist and research various HR projects.
- Support in the process of documenting HR processes using tools such as Notion, Miro, whimsical, and others).
- Be the first point of contact for employees and manage employee inquiries
- Collaborate in crossfunctional projects with other areas of the organization.
- Provide assistance in the creation of HR related reports as needed.
Our Ideal "Player":
- You are currently a Bachelor or Master's student in HR, Business Administration or related field and you can sign an internship agreement with your university
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must
- The ability to work independently and organize your tasks effectively
- Communication skills you will interact with strangers and people from other departments on a daily basis
- A willingness to tackle the unknown are we asking you to do something you've never done before? You should welcome that as an opportunity to learn & grow.
- You have fulltime availability from July 2023 onward 35 hours/week July + August, 39 hours/week from September onward
