Planificar diseñar dirigir gestionar y coordinar los servicios/proyectos incluidos y los equipos y materiales asignados al equipo.
Planificar y Controlar la Prestación y Entrega de los servicios contratados.
Gestionar los Riesgos y planes de Mitigación o Contingencia.
Realizar informes regulares de seguimiento.
Realizar la interlocución con la SGAD y otros organismos públicos con el fin de asegurar el éxito del servicio.
Elaboración y seguimiento de documentación asociada al control del proyecto.
