About the Role

We are seeking a highly talented Project Manager to support active and future projects for our growing team in Madrid. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering business successes and identifying and mitigating risk throughout the life-cycle of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate projects from initial inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships, developing proposals and scopes of work that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex architectural and engineering projects, fostering a culture of teamwork, initiative, and growth.
  • Develop and communicate staffing plans and workload expectations, ensuring project schedules and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party subcontractors to capture and execute projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Architecture or Engineering, or equivalent experience and/or education.
  • Professionally qualified, ideally Chartered Project Manager Status with the RICS, PMP, or other equivalent institution.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish languages, with any other language being a plus.
  • Proven experience in a consulting environment providing full-spectrum PM services.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects for various public and private sector clients locally in Spain and internationally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of accountability, with a drive to bring projects and teams to successful completion.
  • Ability to negotiate with clients and subcontractors, understanding how outcomes affect the business.
  • Strong knowledge of in-house project finance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera, familiarity with Revit.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Risk management expertise.
  • Understanding of FIDIC, NEC standard forms of international contracts.
