About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Installation Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all installation activities for our projects, ensuring the successful delivery of our projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation Planning and Management: Develop and implement installation plans, manage installation resources, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Subcontractor Management: Evaluate and select subcontractors, manage their performance, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all installation activities are performed in accordance with quality and safety standards, and that all necessary documentation is completed and maintained.
  • Cost Management: Manage installation costs, identify areas for cost savings, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and customers, to ensure that project requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management, installation planning, and subcontractor management, preferably in the railway sector.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
