About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Project Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading installation activities and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation Planning and Management: Plan and manage all installation activities for the project, ensuring compliance with project strategy, quality, cost, and delivery commitments.
  • Subcontractor Management: Evaluate and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and adhere to Alstom's safety and quality standards.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all installation activities are carried out in accordance with Alstom's quality and safety policies, and that all necessary documentation is completed and maintained.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and other team members, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
  • Problem-Solving and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop solutions to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in installation project management, preferably in the railway sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in English is a must.
