About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Project Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all installation activities for the project, ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise and manage installation work, including the creation of installation plans and the management of installation work packages.
  • Deliver engineering studies, including the development of installation materials specifications and installation drawings.
  • Assist with procurement, focusing on the selection and management of installation suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage installation activities, including the coordination of installation work and the management of installation suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure the implementation of EHS policies and procedures, and monitor and report on EHS performance.
  • Monitor and manage QCD performance, including the identification and mitigation of risks and the reporting of progress.
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the railway sector, with a focus on installation and project management.
  • Experience in managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with EHS policies and procedures.
  • High level of English language proficiency.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
