About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Installation Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading installation activities and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation Planning and Management
    • Plan and manage all installation activities for the project, ensuring compliance with project strategy and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, industrial, supply chain, and test and commissioning.
  • Subcontractor Management
    • Manage internal interfaces with subcontractors, ensuring timely and quality delivery of installation work.
    • Monitor and report on subcontractor performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, including EHS and RSA (Railway Safety) regulations.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, regional center installation managers, and subcontractors.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • University degree in engineering or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in installation management, preferably in the railway sector.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong leadership and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Knowledge of EHS and RSA regulations.
