About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Installation Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all installation activities for the project, ensuring the successful delivery of our transportation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation Work Planning and Management
Develop and implement installation work plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of installation activities.
Internal and External Interface ManagementManage internal interfaces with project teams, including Projects Engineering, Industrial, Supply Chain, Test and Commissioning, Sourcing, and external technical interfaces with partners, third parties, and customers.
Risk Identification and MitigationIdentify and mitigate risks associated with installation activities, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
Engineering Studies and DeliverablesDevelop and deliver engineering studies, including Bill of Installation Materials / Quantities, Method Statements, Installation Materials Specification Requirements, Installation drawings and configuration.
Procurement and Installation ManagementAssist with procurement activities, focusing on installation suppliers, and manage installation activities, including installation work, work permits, and interfaces with warehouse teams.
EH&S and Quality ManagementEnsure compliance with Alstom Gruppe's EH&S policies and procedures, and monitor and manage QCD performances, including EH&S and RSA – Railway Safety.
Reporting and CommunicationPrepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, issue reports, and milestone achievements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in project management, installation planning, and execution, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with project management tools and software.
