We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to lead our Urban Metro projects in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for piloting the technical aspects of the project, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring customer acceptance of the project solution.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop a corresponding mitigation plan.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to manage contractual scope evolution, raise variation orders, and manage them.
- Validate technical design choices with peers and Solution Director.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in the customer country/city and incorporate them into project solution design.
- Manage the project solution, including customization and parameterization of the generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) commitments.
- Engineer profile is a must.
- 3-5 years of previous experience in METRO systems.
- Previous experience working on cross-functional teams.
- Previous rail industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge on Engineering tasks to be performed.
- Fluent in French is desirable.
