Project Engineering Manager Urban

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Be accountable for the customer acceptance of the project solution, driving quality and reliability.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the project stays on track.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to raise variation orders and manage contractual scope evolution.
  • Validate technical design choices with peers and Solution Director, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in the customer country/city, integrating them into project solution design.
  • Manage the project solution, customizing and parameterizing the generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) commitments.
  • Build and analyze the project requirements database (PRD) with the Project Architect, allocating requirements to System Program Manager (SPM), Project Industrialization Manager (PrIDM), and Project Engineering team.
  • Act as chairman of the Project Change Control Board (CCB), ensuring effective change management.
  • Supervise Verification & Validation activities, ensuring the project meets engineering WP QCD.
  • Provide Bill of Materials (BOM) and lead the project engineering team, verifying the Project Safety Case.
  • Manage the interface with the project core team, driving collaboration and success.
About You

We're looking for an engineer with a passion for urban systems and a proven track record of working on cross-functional teams. Previous experience in the rail industry is a plus, but not required. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment where you can grow and develop new skills and experiences.
