About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. in Madrid, Spain. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with our client, a leading drinks company, to deliver social and digital projects across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from beginning to end, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to plan and execute projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure key Service Level Agreements are met
  • Collaborate with Resource Management to plan resources for project delivery
  • Review project resources and provide analysis on whether they meet project demands
  • Oversee project finances, notifying the account team of key cost implications and changes
Requirements
  • Fluency in English language
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
  • Experience in the alcohol sector or working with e-commerce deliverables
