Project Engineering Manager MAINLINE

At Alstom, we're seeking a skilled Project Engineering Manager to lead our MAINLINE projects in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for piloting the technical aspects of the project, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring customer acceptance and mitigating technical risks.
  • Lead the project solution, customizing and parameterizing the generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) commitments.
  • Functionally lead the project engineering team, allocating tasks, and ensuring engineering activities follow-up.
  • Verify the Project Safety Case and manage the interface with the project core team.

About You:

We're looking for an engineer with 3-5 years of experience in METRO systems, previous experience working on cross-functional teams, and knowledge of engineering tasks. Fluency in French is desirable.
