Project Engineering Manager for MAINLINE Projects

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to lead our MAINLINE Projects team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for piloting the technical aspects of the project, working closely with teams across the business, and representing the project technically to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring customer acceptance and managing technical risks and mitigation plans.
  • Lead the project solution, customizing and parameterizing the generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) commitments.
  • Functionally lead the project engineering team, allocating tasks, and ensuring engineering activities follow-up.
  • Verify the Project Safety Case and manage the interface with the project core team.
Requirements
  • Engineer profile is a must.
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in METRO systems.
  • Previous project management experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in French is desirable.
