- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the project, ensuring that they do not impact the project's overall success.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and customer-facing teams, to ensure that the project is delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Technical Design: Validate technical design choices with peers and Solution Directors, ensuring that they meet the customer's requirements and are aligned with the company's technical standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Identify and ensure compliance with applicable regulations in the customer's country or city, ensuring that the project solution meets all relevant standards and requirements.
- Project Solution Management: Manage the project solution, ensuring that it meets the customer's requirements and is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver the project successfully.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, project managers, and other team members, to ensure that the project is delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineering Manager who has a strong background in technical project management, engineering, and leadership. You should have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You should also have a strong understanding of technical project management principles, including risk management, project coordination, and technical design.
