Program Overview:
Crimtan's 6-month paid graduate program in Gijón offers comprehensive training in programmatic advertising, exposing participants to all areas of the company
The program includes:
- Intensive training in programmatic trading
- Exposure to various company departments

- Potential of a fulltime, permanent contract as a Technical Account Graduate (Media Trader) on successful completion of the 6 month program
The Role:
The Technical Account Graduate role is designed for graduates eager to start a career in digital marketing.
The role provides the opportunity to gain in-depth experience across the full programmatic ecosystem, including Display, Video, Native, DOOH, Connected TV, and Programmatic Audio.
They will develop the skills necessary to plan and execute a broad range of digital marketing activities.Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage campaigns within the Crimtan DSP
- Create assets, pixels, and piggybacks to ensure accurate campaign performance tracking
- Develop and propose strategies for effective fullfunnel marketing activities
- Assist Senior Traders with reporting, insights, and campaign analytics
- Produce and deliver comprehensive campaign reports
Outgoing and Personable: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Qualifications:
- Interest in digital marketing, including display, social, or search
- Bachelors or Masters degree qualified
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with skills in building pivot tables, formatting data sets, and generating graphs in Excel
- Analytical and datadriven approach with attention to detail
- Ability to analyse and interpret large data sets to identify trends and produce meaningful insights
What Crimtan Offers:
