The project
We are looking for an Area Manager PVH (CK) to achieve the sales targets of the Points of Sale within their region (Spain & Portugal), with responsibility for the full price stores portfolio.
What will the role entail?
- Corporate follow up:
- Ensure the right level of customer service and brand image is provided in the stores
- Supervise the VM guidelines within the stores and adapt to the region in order to maximize the impact
- Guarantee the right image in the stores in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, the image of the staff and the presentation of the product
- Lead the setup of Trade Marketing activations and events in the Point of Sale
- To implement the new retail projects according to the Amsterdam guidelines
- People management:
- Manage, supervise and motivate the team to achieve results
- Provide the correct professional development of the team members by identifying training needs and organizing workshops and career plans
- Product:
- Work with the product department for the selection of the collections, as well as inseason analysis to identify product needs
- Manage stocks and supervise correct replenishment and transfers of product
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Work with the Finance Department to drive the business and implement actions directed at achieving the stores budget
- Analyze KPIs and performance reports with a view to recommending initiatives and improvements instore operations
- Keep store cost under control and aligned with budgets, specifically FTEs
Job Competences:
- Be able to adapt to various tasks and work environments
- Ability to manage priorities, identify and respond to emergencies
- Be methodical, rigorous and organized in the management of different processes
- Be able to face any type of audience, adapting to the audience and demonstrating good listening skills
- Visual Merchandising Skills
- Organization of work independently, in compliance with procedures and deadlines
- Initiatives to fix a onetime problem, a contingency or an emergency.
Requirements of the position:
- Minimum experience in the industry 46 years in Stores Management
- Availability to travel 23 days per week
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance...
