Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Follow-up: Ensure the right level of customer service and brand image is provided in the stores, supervise VM guidelines, and guarantee the right image in the stores.
  • People Management: Manage, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve results, provide professional development, and recruit top talent.
  • Product: Work with the product department for collection selection, in-season analysis, and stock management.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze KPIs, performance reports, and store costs to drive business and implement improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Stores Management.
  • Availability to travel 2-3 days per week.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
  • English level C1.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP skills.
