Retail Area Manager

The Calvin Klein team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Area Manager to join our team in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Corporate follow-up: Ensure excellent customer service and brand image in our stores, supervise visual merchandising guidelines, and guarantee store maintenance and cleanliness.
- People management: Manage, supervise, and motivate your team to achieve results, provide professional development opportunities, and recruit top talent.
- Product: Work with our product department to select collections, analyze in-season performance, and manage stock levels.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze KPIs, drive business growth, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in store management.
- Availability to travel 2-3 days per week.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- English language proficiency (C1 level).
- Microsoft Office and ERP skills.
