Retail Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Area Manager to join our team at Calvin Klein. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:- Corporate follow-up: Ensure the right level of customer service and brand image is provided in the stores, supervise VM guidelines, and guarantee the right image in the stores.
- People management: Manage, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve results, provide professional development, and recruit top talent.
- Product: Work with the product department for collection selection, in-season analysis, and stock management.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze KPIs, performance reports, and store costs to drive business growth and implement actions to achieve store budgets.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in stores management.
- Availability to travel 2-3 days per week.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- English level C1.
- Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP skills.
