AWWG is a leading global fashion conglomerate that encompasses the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and serves as the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Regional Manager for PVH (CK) to drive sales performance across our retail locations in Spain, overseeing both full-price stores and outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Oversight:
    - Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards across all stores.
    - Monitor and adapt Visual Merchandising guidelines to enhance regional impact.
    - Maintain store aesthetics, including cleanliness, staff presentation, and product display.
    - Lead the execution of Trade Marketing initiatives and events at retail locations.
    - Implement new retail strategies in alignment with corporate directives.
  • Team Leadership:
    - Inspire, supervise, and guide the team towards achieving set objectives.
    - Identify training needs and facilitate professional development through workshops and career planning.
    - Attract and retain top talent within the teams.
  • Product Management:
    - Collaborate with the product team for collection selection and in-season assessments to determine product requirements.
    - Oversee inventory management and ensure effective product replenishment and transfers.
  • Performance Analysis:
    - Partner with the Finance Department to enhance business performance and implement strategies to meet budgetary goals.
    - Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to propose initiatives for operational improvements.
    - Maintain control over store costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.

Required Competencies:

  • Adaptability to diverse tasks and work environments.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to respond to urgent situations.
  • Methodical, organized approach to managing various processes.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Visual Merchandising.
  • Independent work organization, adhering to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities for immediate challenges.

Position Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in retail management.
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
