About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at KellyDeli. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the food retail or restaurant industry
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
