AWWG is a prominent global fashion conglomerate that encompasses the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and serves as the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Regional Manager for PVH (CK) to drive the sales performance of retail locations within their designated area (Spain), overseeing both full-price stores and outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Oversight:
    - Ensure exceptional customer service and brand representation in retail locations.
    - Oversee visual merchandising standards in stores and tailor them to the regional market to enhance impact.
    - Maintain optimal store presentation, including cleanliness, staff appearance, and product display.
    - Lead the execution of Trade Marketing initiatives and events at retail locations.
    - Implement new retail strategies in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Team Leadership:
    - Manage, mentor, and inspire the team to achieve performance goals.
    - Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
    - Attract and retain top talent within the teams.
  • Product Management:
    - Collaborate with the product team for collection selection and in-season analysis to address product requirements.
    - Oversee inventory management and ensure proper product replenishment and transfers.
  • Performance Analysis:
    - Partner with the Finance Department to drive business performance and implement strategies to meet store budgets.
    - Analyze key performance indicators and operational reports to recommend improvements.
    - Maintain control over store costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.

Required Competencies:

  • Adaptability to diverse tasks and work environments.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and respond to urgent situations.
  • Methodical, organized approach to managing various processes.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with different audiences.
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising.
  • Independent work organization, adhering to procedures and deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills for unforeseen challenges.

Position Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in retail management.
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Proficient in English (C1 level).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
