This is our Executive Recruiter role for those who, through their work, are willing to support our core value—people.


The Executive Recruiter will partner with senior leadership within Semrush for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.

This position reports to the Head of Executive Recruiting.

Tasks in the role

  • Work on closing top talent for leadership and executivelevel roles.
  • Be an advisor for executivelevel stakeholders in the hiring process.
  • Own the recruiting process for management, leadership, and complex searches.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process with partners and stakeholders.
  • Integrate the Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment process.
  • Administer the Employee Referral Program; track monthly referrals; monitor/facilitate the payout process.
  • Work with the global HR team as it relates to the global strategy of recruitment and employee experience.
  • Keeping a growth mindset in understanding the possibilities of development within oneself.
  • Ability to give and accept positive, productive feedback while demonstrating the capability of direct and honest feedback when needed.
  • Developing quality work and seeking improvement in all areas of work and skills.
Who we are looking for

  • At least 5+ years of experience with the recruitment process and performing recruitment needs.
  • Executivelevel recruiting experience with a proven track record of sourcing and closing toptier talent in a competitive environment.
  • Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and peers.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You have experience working in both agency and inhouse environments.
  • You take responsibility and are accountable.
  • You have high emotional intelligence.
  • You have the maturity and ability to work under pressure.
