
Sales Manager, Biogas Equipment

CycleØ, headquartered in London, was founded in 2022 to take immediate action to slow the pace of global warming by capturing methane emissions mainly from the agrifood industry. As an integrated biomethane supplier, we build, own, and operate small-scale distributed biomethane plants in Europe and beyond. Manufactured by our subsidiary, FNX, located in the Spanish Basque country, our modular plant designs are fully tested in-house, making for easy deployment at any production site.The role: We are looking for a Sales Manager in Artea to lead the sales efforts for FNX biogas upgrading and liquefaction equipment. This role is focused on securing new business across all sectors exposed to biogas, from waste-to-energy, agriculture, and municipal waste treatment to industrial applications and renewable energy production, with particular focus on the Spanish and Portuguese market. They will also work closely with colleagues at Biogasclean to promote their desulphurization and methanation technology, and offer integrated solutions to the market.Key responsibilities: Sales Strategy amp; Delivery Develop and execute our sales strategy for biogas equipment, targeting new and existing markets. Identify and pursue sales opportunities across all sectors exposed to biogas. Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the biogas, energy, and environmental sectors, including developers, EPC contractors, utility companies, and government agencies. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our biogas upgrading technology in conjunction with our desulphurization and methanation technologies. Stakeholder Management amp; Collaboration: Provide technical expertise and commercial guidance throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and post-sale support. Work closely with the technical teams in FNX and Biogasclean to further optimize our technology based on client's feedback, ensuring a continuous feedback and improvement loop. Market Intelligence: Stay informed of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to biogas and biomethane production. Provide insights and recommendations regarding competitive positioning and new market opportunities. Reporting amp; Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Present regular updates on sales pipeline status, forecasting, and achieved results. Qualifications amp; Experience: Essential: 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong focus on biogas or related technologies. Proven track record in selling capital equipment (biogas systems, gas treatment systems, etc.) and complex energy solutions. Strong network within the biogas, energy, and utility industries, with established relationships with project developers, EPC contractors, and utilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Spanish and English Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
