Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Manager to lead our Inside Sales team. As the Head of Customer Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 4 years of experience leading sales teams, including agents and team leads. Your expertise should include working in multiple countries, with fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus). Strong data analysis skills, organizational abilities, and leadership qualities are essential for motivating teams and resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and inspire the Inside Sales team to achieve sales targets and drive excellent results.
  2. Set and track sales targets/KPIs, and implement improvements in sales administration processes.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
  4. Liaise with other departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
