Desde Adecco estamos en búsqueda de un Service Operations Manager con experiencia, encargado de liderar la Unidad de Negocios de Servicio . Este puesto reporta directamente al director de país y tiene la responsabilidad de asegurar el presupuesto de la unidad, formular e implementar la estrategia local y desarrollar relaciones comerciales con clientes existentes y nuevos.


Principales funciones:

Liderar la Unidad de Negocios de Servicio, asegurando el presupuesto de ventas, pronósticos y resultados de P&L.Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de ventas y el plan de negocios, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos.Identificar y contactar clientes potenciales, generando relaciones positivas para futuras ventas.Elaborar y seguir el presupuesto anual de la unidad.Preparar licitaciones y ofertas, y negociar términos de ventas de servicios según las políticas de la empresa.Analizar el rendimiento y los KPI económicos, tomando medidas correctivas cuando sea necesario.Mantener una comunicación fluida con los clientes y asistir a reuniones.Colaborar con la Organización Global de Servicio para el desarrollo del negocio.Optimizar las operaciones de servicio en campo y taller para mejorar tiempos de entrega, calidad y eficiencia.Visitar clientes existentes y nuevos, apoyando los procesos de ventas.Contribuir al desarrollo de estrategias de ventas, marketing, retención de clientes y distribución.Implementar la estrategia y objetivos de QEHS Global de Servicio en el país.Liderar al equipo de gerentes regionales de servicio y fomentar el crecimiento del negocio compartiendo mejores prácticas.


Requisitos:

Título en Ciencias de la Ingeniería (MSc o BSc) y posgrado en mantenimiento de servicio.Más de 7 años de experiencia en una posición similar en el sector de grúas portuarias, equipos pesados o industriales, en un entorno internacional.Al menos 5 años de experiencia en un rol gerencial.Conocimiento profundo de rutinas de mantenimiento de servicio y maquinaria industrial.Dominio del inglés y español.Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio asignado.Orientación al cliente y al negocio, con mentalidad proactiva.Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y liderazgo demostradas.Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno multinacional y flexibilidad de actitud.
