For a prestigious financial company with offices in Madrid, we are recruiting an Office Manager and Personal Assistant for a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensure smooth functioning, and maintain office supplies.Executive Support: Assist executives with scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, including document management and meeting coordination.Communication: Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
