For a prestigious financial company with offices in Madrid, we are recruiting an Office Manager and Personal Assistant for a full-time position.


Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensure smooth functioning, and maintain office supplies.
  • Executive Support: Assist executives with scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, including document management and meeting coordination.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.


    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in office management and executive assistance.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    • C2 proficiency english
