For a prestigious financial company with offices in Madrid, we are recruiting an Office Manager and Personal Assistant for a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensure smooth functioning, and maintain office supplies.
- Executive Support: Assist executives with scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, including document management and meeting coordination.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management and executive assistance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- C2 proficiency english
