Our client are an established Port Agency and Services company who operate from South America to Far East Asia. They are a constantly working hard to ensure the quickest vessel turnarounds and provide fast and accurate information to protect their customers in the moder day shipping world. Communication is there number one priority and they are continuously finding ways to take their levels of customer service up to the next level. Furthermore, they strive to deliver tailor made information and dedicated solutions to their clients within the exciting world of ports.

The role is for an Operations Manager to work within their new offices in Algeciras in Spain. You will execute required agency services to clients and endeavour to effectively manage all vessels under your responsibility. Furthermore, you will ensure a high-quality service and minimise expenses for the vessels while keeping all clients needs in the highest regard. The role requires you to protect and safeguard the interest of principal, master, and crew at all times.

In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

- Have at least 5 years in Port Agency and Logistics.
- Be able to work independently.
- Be flexible to work nights and weekends.
- Be fluent in English and Spanish - both written and verbal.
