Job Description

El Delegado/a de Oncología tendrá la misión de alcanzar los objetivos cualitativos y cuantitativos establecidos por la Compañía para su territorio (Canarias) , proporcionando información científica de nivel sobre la patología y el producto,  adaptada al perfil de los médicos de su fichero, utilizando los canales de contacto disponibles, presenciales o digitales, en función del interés y necesidades del cliente.

Será responsable de generar el engagement con los Oncólogos Clínicos a través de una interacción blended, diferencial y relevante.

Debe desempeñar esa responsabilidad mediante un conocimiento profundo de sus clientes, una actualización continua de sus habilidades comerciales , del uso de herramientas y contenidos digitales;  así como mediante el trabajo en coordinación como miembro del equipo crossfuncional , para asegurar el diagnostico de situación de la cuenta desde la visión 360,  el establecimiento de objetivos SMART,  la definición y ejecución de los planes de acción y  el seguimiento mediante el análisis de los KPIs  definidos.

La persona deberá residir en Canarias.

Principales actividades y responsabilidades:

  • Alcanzar los objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos de su producto en las cuentas/hospitales del territorio asignado. (Canarias)
  • Generar engagement a través de la visita médica y las actividades realizadas siempre en un entorno blended (digital más presencial) con los diferentes tipos de clientes de los que es “owner” como los Oncólogos clínicos, Enfermería Oncológica, Medical Leaders de Oncología ,  Sociedades/”Grupos cooperativos” Locales etc...
  • Gestionar su Territorio con un alto nivel de autonomía y delegación,  tomando decisiones basadas en datos, en el marco del Modelo de Gestión por Cuenta de la Unidad de Oncología como miembro del equipo crossfuncional.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar planes de acción basados en el diagnóstico de situación de la cuenta y de sus clientes desde la visión 360;  dirigidos a alcanzar los objetivos SMART que se definan  y realizando seguimiento continuo en base a los KPIs establecidos.
  • Mantenerse actualizado mediante la formación continuada de la evidencia científica de su producto, de los productos competidores y del manejo de la patología/indicación; además del conocimiento profundo de las necesidades, creencias y comportamientos de sus clientes (VoC) así como de las acciones de la competencia.

Calificaciones, habilidades y experiencia requeridas

Requeridas:

  • Titulación Universitaria.
  • Orientación a resultados.
  • Capacidad de análisis de datos/insights de clientes, de resolución de problemas y de toma de decisiones basada en datos a nivel de cuenta y clientes.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo crossfuncional.
  • Capacidad de Innovación: pensar diferente (“fuera de la caja”), aprender de los errores y proponer ideas nuevas e incorporar ideas diferentes (pensamiento inclusivo)
  • Nivel de inglés B2 (capacidad para leer y entender artículos científicos en inglés)

Deseadas/Valoradas:

  • Experiencia previa en oncología, valorándose la gestión de lanzamientos de Oncología o, en su defecto, de productos de dispensación hospitalaria
  • Capacidad y actitud proactiva al aprendizaje rápido.
